Any fitblrs out there who rock climb?

I’d like to follow some of you guys. I’ve been trying it out recently and I think it’s just the thing I need to balance out weight lifting. Not that weight lifting isn’t fun or anything. [random end sentence saying some crap like, variety is the spice of life.]

I wonder, is there such a thing as climbrs?

I know I’ve been neglecting this blog, but I’m still here and always will be… I just wanted to give my condolences to zyzz.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t inspired by him in the least. I’m still not sure weather to truly believe it or not, probably because I’d rather hear this is actually a hoax and him make a video and be all like, “haha, got you guys!” Chances are that’ll never happen though. So rest in peace zyzz.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! When the hell am I gonna stall on my damn OHP?! Towards the end of my OHP sets I like a noodle. How I manage it? I dunno, but I managed it somehow. Other than that, Squats feel amazing and Deadlifts are glorious.

A lack of sleep really made this a blah day. That is all.

I never experienced a half time locker room motivational speech. I never needed to either. Cause when you play a sport where it’s just you and you alone. You alone are your own motivation.
